- MyScript Calculator
- A free calculator that recognizes your handwritten input. One of the most impressive apps I discovered in a while. I wish I had this when I still went to school. If you do any kind of math in your work, then give it a try. I wish the developers would charge for the app.
- Storylane Reader
- Storylane is a community dedicated to writing. The content is very broad and I like to browse it from time to time to read something out of tech stuff that I’m usually interested in.
- Textfiles.com
- Another one for avid readers. I just discovered it two days ago and I’m already quite fond of it. There’s a lot to like about the site, I totally dig the look, on the other hand there are categories that I will not open ever.
- Whateverest
- A short documentary from Denmark. Great cinematography. Kind of a Wes Anderson meets Jared Hess production.
- Texts
- A Rich Editor for Plain Text. How do you get Markdown files from people that are into RichText? Let them write in this application and send you over the file.
- Rename File by Extracting Date from Content with Hazel
- A hazel masterpiece by Timotheus Wischniowski
- AppleScripting Notification Center > Scheduling Do Not Disturb
- Nice. I’m going to put together a Keyboard Maestro of this one.
- Ayecon
- An iPhone theme. Even if your not into theming your iPhone you got to admire the detail that has gone into this one. The Video by Jeff from iDownloadBlog gives you a good idea of the look and feel of the theme. (Side note: I’m done with Winterboard).
- Exclusive Interview With Cydia Creator Jay Freeman
- Saurik about Cydia, the latest Jailbreak and the App Store.
- Introducing the Dropbox Sync API for mobile developers
- Good news from Dropbox. I hope to see mobile developers adapt this one. Maybe nvNotes will get a sync feature soon.
- Robots.txt addressed at Google
- I’ve never seen Ascii art in a robots.txt file. But there’s a first time for everything.
- Use Your Phone to Automatically Lock Your Mac When You Walk Away
- Love the idea of it and I wanted to play with Proximity for some time now.
